How the Auction Works

Register: You let me know when you are available and then visit the property with me. We can take our time and browse through the available units and incredible amenities of the building. I’ll be more than happy to answer questions throughout the process and we can discuss strategies for bidding at the auction if you are interested. VERY IMPORTANT – IF YOU REGISTER WITHOUT ME YOU WON’T BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE CASH BACK! They are very strict on their broker policy and you will not receive the cash Back if I’m not physically there with you the first time you enter, so just give me a call or email and I will be. cdunn@backbayrealtygroup.com or my cell 860-463-8361!
Re-visit: After you are registered with me, you can revisit the property as many times as you’d like with or without me. Feel free to go back and revisit your favorite floor plans, or to show it to friends and family.

Practice Auction: Most auctions have a practice auction the day before so people can understand how it really works and what they can expect. This is also a great time to ask questions of the people running the auction.

Auction Day: On the day of the auction you will check in at 12pm and the auction begins promptly at 1pm. The auction will last a couple of hours in which you bid live on properties. It’s an exciting event with a lot of things happening at once but most importantly, it’s a great chance to pick up a property for pennies on the dollar.

Closing: After you close I will give you your $800 gift card, which you can use for whatever you want!
