Boston Real Estate Prices Rise 3.7%

According to a report put together by Integrated Asset Services LLC, Boston-area home prices rose 3.7% in May. The news may come as a shock to many outside the industry but to those in the know this news shouldn’t surprise you. A further sign of a national turnaround the report also showed a 1.6% increase nation wide in home prices for the month of May.
